She went Seroma Christian High School and Hana Mixed International School and went to Makerere University.

As Hanna prepares to venture to India for the upcoming 71ST Miss World 2023 Pageant where at the end of Grand Finale in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Karolina Bielawska Miss World 2021-22 will crown her successor in May 2023.
