The recent evolution I technology has directly threatened a number of careers in the market place. This has hit the chats multiple times and has created a demand for revision in how human resource should be trained and prepared for the world today.
Jobs like Data Entry. Reception Customer Service Representatives, Sales men will not be needed in the marketplace because of the accuracy that comes with AI.
The way algorithms have been set to serve every customer what they need by simply reading their minds based on their regular lifestyle, not to mention the ability to provide solutions and answers to FAQs makes AI a preferable option to do this.
The presence of online booking and ordering from shops and restaurants has driven the phasing out reception duties hence making a receptionist job more irrelevant to the point that AI will still serve the customer even when they make the call.
The report, findings reveal that AI has replaced over 44% legal professions and only left a gap of 6% opportunities for maintenance and not new opportunities.
It’s important to note that there are jobs that cant be replaced. Jobs like Lawyers, Graphic designers, computer scientists and software engineers, events planners, PR managers, Teachers, writers and educators.
These will be on very high demand so it’s really up to you as a young person to keep learning and evolving.
