MERCEDES BENZ INVESTS HEAVILY IN ELECTRIC CARS PRODUCTION.

Mercedes is set to invest billions in establishing plants that produce electric vehicles in the bid to fight emissions and protect the environment. The plan is modernize the plants in China, Hungary and Germany. The car maker said by the end of this decade the projects will be ready. The first model of this kind of vehicle will be out in 2024.
Mercedes cars are one of the most prestigious cars in the world. The company has invested billions of dollars in manufacturing cars with the most unique features and interior systems.
The main goal for this huge investment is to manufacture this kind of vehicle only. It should be noted that Mercedes has manufactured electric cars before however, the decision to invest billions to establish plants that produce electric cars only in 3 countries is such a massive business move to be more efficient and successfully fulfill the objective by 2030.
According to a report by The Verge the Mercedes Benz electric Sprinter van will be one of the fist fully electric vehicle to be released and it will be released in the second half of 2023. The famous Sprinter has got a buttery of 113kWh and it can move up to 400Km on high ways and 500km in the city.
The upgrading of the plants in Hungary will commence in a few months and according to the reports, the number of models produced will be reduce to 4.
In Addition, Mercedes invested up to 1 Billion USD to renovate and modernize the paint system in its factory in Sindelfingen, Bremen, and Rastatt. The Auto maker says this was done to reduce the consumption of electricity and water which is a smart move when it comes to production in business.
