Muzira, with extensive experience in recruiting and training models from Africa for prestigious platforms like Chanel and Balenciaga, emphasized the importance of addressing cultural differences within the industry. Encouraging vigilance, Muzira advised young talents to seek representation from reputable mother agencies that prioritize the well-being of models, offering support from recruitment to the completion of their assignments.
