NRG SEXY FIVE

NRG Radio has been championing a new wave of entertainment for the last 5 years. Planting a seed in a generation that does not believe in its own limitations. Inspiring hundreds to not be satisfied with the ordinary.

Starting with nothing but a dream and vision in Nairobi, the frequency has grown to encompass most of Kenya. You can tune into NRG Radio in Mombasa, Eldoret, and even Kisumu. Making the station truly “nationwide.”

The “new” station started off things on 100 as they brought big talents like American rapper Rick Ross to perform at the NRG Wave. But the entertainment did not stop there, Kenny Latimore, Konshens, Buju Banton, Burna Boy, and Diamond Platnumz are just a few of the names that NRG has brought. Bridging the gap between fans and musicians.

NRG is also about supporting young talents and helping people realize their dreams. The NRGETIC MVPs was birthed for this reason. To give young talent a platform and for people to chase after their dreams.

The next logical step of course is to expand. Thus, NRG Radio Uganda was born.

With the same vision as its sister station in Kenya, NRG Uganda set out on a mission to capture the masses.
