BRAD PITT TO RACE HAMILTON AT BRITISH GRAND PRIX

Hollywood actor Brad Pitt is gearing up to race seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton at the next British Grand Prix.

As part of a new movie shoot, the actor, 59, has been granted special permission to sprint around the first parade lap at Silverstone.

Lewis Hamilton is an executive producer for the movie through his production company, Dawn Apollo Films.

In the new movie, which is scheduled for release next year, Brad will play a seasoned Formula One racer who comes out of retirement to coach a young driver.

Last year, Hollywood Studios were in a bidding war for the movie that already had screenwriter Ehren Kruger attached to it. Apple ultimately won out and Top Gun: Maverick director, Joseph Kosinski is set to helm the project.

Lewis Hamilton is not new to Hollywood as he has made cameos in Cars 2, Cars 3, and Zoolander 2. In March, Apple secured the rights to a documentary about his life.
