WILL PALLASO’S “LOVE FEST” CONQUOR CRICKET OVAL?

Pius Mayanja commonly known as Pallaso is having a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval on Friday 9th of June. After a successful record by the elder brother Jose Chameleone on the same ground, Pallaso decided to take over.
Pallaso has had a rough but steady career journey in music. Most of his songs have been trending in Uganda. The singer has successfully released an Album and a total of 160 songs
He mentioned on his Instagram post that he will be performing hits from his catalogue and his second upcoming album “lover man” which will be released soon.
It should be remembered that early this year Pallaso and his brother Jose Chameleon went viral on social media for dancing and kissing each other in public and their actions were not well received by the community.
However, Chameleone came out and apologized for doing so but Pallaso did not.
Now that his concert is coming soon and is set to happen at Lugogo cricket oval, a venue that hosts thousands of people, will the Love fest conquer Cricket Oval? Spice Diana managed to make a successful concert because the people love her and she has fought so hard to ensure that she does not insinuate any odd ideas amidst her funs.
It is interesting to discover that despite Jose Chameleone’s changes and scandals such as, beating up a boda rider on the streets, his color coded political journey, the viral dancing video and the little surprise with Pallaso on stage during his concert, the legend received enormous support.
When it comes to Pallaso however, The artist has a lot more to accomplish in terms of PR than just promoting the event, especially in light of the recent hitches in his career, such as the viral video, the stage surprise, and the disappointed fans in Masaka that led to him sweeping the streets. There may be a lot of concerns if these occurrences come out right before his concert, which is quite likely, given how easily Ugandans forget, and this means, his PR team may have more work to do than just promote a concert.
